Bayou Title, Inc. primarily conducts residential sales and purchases. We also handle commercial transactions and many of our attorneys can take care of other legal needs such as successions, donations, living wills, power of attorney, and more. Bayou has a full in-house abstracting staff to help move your transaction along quickly and more smoothly rather than utilizing 3rd party companies.
