Due to the over alarming circumstances with COVID-19, we are asking that only the essential parties that have to sign documentation to come for the closing.  We are also asking you to take necessary precautions along with us to maintain an environment that is safe and healthy for each of us and all of our clients that we serve.  Any agents in any of our transactions should make a decision whether they need to attend the closing or not, realizing that we can run documents and checks out to anyone who is waiting in their car, or we can deliver to any payee via drop-off at a location or via overnight.
